How to Get Referrals from ALFs and ILFs

A 90-Minute Lunch & Learn Audio Conference

by

Elizabeth E. Hogue, Esq.

Thursday, March 7, 2024

****1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. Eastern Time****

Replay: March 14, 2024 (Recorded playback available for 24 hours)

Audio-Conference Description
Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs) and Independent Living Facilities (ILFs) are committed to keeping residents in their apartments as long as possible using a variety of home care services; including Medicare certified home care, private duty home care, hospice, and HME services.  Establishment of successful relationships with ALFs and ILFs frequently involves all of the following: (1) Preferred Provider Agreements, (2) rental of space for use by liaisons and coordinators, and (3) wellness programs for residents.  Arrangements with ALFs and ILFs involving referrals, however, are heavily regulated, including for private duty agencies.  Participate in this teleconference to learn how to establish relationships with ALFs/ILFs step-by-step.  This will be a “deep dive” into how to work with ALFs/ILFs.  A client recently said that he had heard Mrs. Hogue talk about relationships with ALFs/ILFs for some time, but that the importance of such relationships “just clicked!”  Be sure they “click” for you, too, and not just for your competitors!
