It is important to ensure the safety of both our personnel and our patients. This webinar presents key components of understanding the general OSHA requirements for fire safety in the workplace. We will explore the identification and correction of potential fire hazards within the workplace and in the patient/client/customer settings. We will review the selection and use of fire extinguishers and how to perform a risk assessment to understand when it is safe and appropriate to fight a fire with a fire extinguisher.  Info on the speaker may be found here.

CEUs will be provided through AARC for RTs for 1 credit per webinar (must attend the live webinar) and RSTCE for ATPs for .1 credit per webinar.  Note, not all courses provide CEUs for ATPs; check with us for specifics
