• Describe conflicts of interest, and how these may affect care provided and business decisions
• Identify elements of fraud and abuse, and resulting potential consequences
• Determine illegal or unethical acts and scope of practice issues
• Distinguish between the types of ethical decision-making, and apply this learning to general scenarios
  

CEUs will be provided through AARC for RTs for 1 credit per webinar (must attend the live webinar) and RSTCE for ATPs for .1 credit per webinar.
