Q--How many exhibit spaces are available?
A--20! Reserve yours today before spaces fill up.
Q--Do I have to be a Partner Member to exhibit?
A--Our Partner Members have exclusive rights to exhibit at the event until 30 days prior. At that point, ATHOMES opens the remaining spaces up for Partner Members and non-members.
Q--How much does it cost to exhibit?
A--Partner Members can exhibit for only $300! (You can bring additional staff for $145/ea.) If there are unsold exhibit tables 30 days out from the meeting, non-members are allowed to register for $600 (one time only; just join ATHOMES to exhibit again).
Q--But what if I give a $750+ sponsorship?
A--If you sponsor an event/speaker/food valued at $750 or more,
we will reduce your exhibtor fees by half for the first person!
That means that as a Partner Member you can exhibit for $150
and get all the perks of exhibiting (below) PLUS have your
company referenced in promotion materials!
Q--How much "face time" do I get with attendees?
A--A lot! For the first time ever, ATHOMES is having exhibitor tables inside the meeting rooms, so you will be visible during the educational sessions. There are also multiple vendor breaks throughout the convention AND a 2-hour vendor cocktail reception Thursday evening.
Q--What does my exhibitor fees include?
A--Your company name/logo included in all print, online, and social media campaigns promoting the event, an exhibit table (see above for "face time" opportunities), access to the educational sessions, 2 breakfasts & lunches, and 2 complimentary drink tickets at the vendor cocktail reception.
Q--Are there other ways to contribute?
A--Yes! We are currently seeking sponsors for meals. Please e-mail us for additional information.
