This is a three-part program:
· First, Peter Rankin and Jay Witter of AAHomecare will give an overview of the policy and policy history. This section will include a brief overview of how the demonstration project evolved and our plans are going forward.
· Next, Peter, with the help of those who have worked in the original demo states, review the program requirements and best practices.
· Finally, we will close with a discussion of best practices by a panel of providers and experts who have experience working in the original demo areas.
